Welcome to the 观帛 App and related services. These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Shenzhen Sinano Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Sinano").
Please read these Terms carefully before registering, signing in, or using the services, especially the provisions concerning limitations of liability, account deletion, and dispute resolution. By selecting "Agree," completing registration, or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the services.
If you use the services on behalf of an enterprise, factory, or other organization, you represent that you are duly authorized to act for that organization and to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Scope and Services
Sinano is an application for textile inspection and related production-management scenarios. Depending on the features and permissions assigned to you, we may provide:
registration, sign-in, and account-security services using a phone number, email address, username, or another supported method;
management of enterprise or factory information, members, administrators, and invitation relationships;
inspection-device binding, status viewing, configuration, upgrades, and operating-information management;
viewing and management of inspection results, defect records, production reports, and related business information; and
notifications, file viewing or uploading, and other features we may lawfully provide in the future.
The available features depend on the App version, your account role, enterprise authorization, and the functions shown in the interface. Some features may be available only to particular enterprises, administrators, or devices.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must register and use an account with your own information or information you are legally authorized to use, and you must keep that information accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for protecting your account, password, SMS or email verification codes, and other credentials. You must not disclose, transfer, rent, or lend your account to another person.
You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses caused by your disclosure of credentials, use of an insecure device, or failure to respond promptly to suspicious sign-ins, except where the loss is attributable to us.
If you discover unauthorized account use, an unusual sign-in, or another security risk, promptly change your credentials and contact us.
When you link a phone number, email address, or another sign-in method, the system may identify an account conflict or offer an account merge. We will provide the necessary notice and request your confirmation before a merge.
3. Enterprise and Member Management
Enterprise owners and administrators may invite members, assign roles, manage devices, and view business data within their authority. Administrators must ensure that their actions are authorized by the enterprise and must not process another member's or enterprise's data beyond their permissions.
When you invite someone using a phone number, email address, or username, you must have that person's consent or another lawful basis. You must not use invitations to send unwanted messages. Role transfers, administrator removal, and device transfers may change data-access rights, so verify the consequences before completing an action.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
violate applicable law, regulatory requirements, public order, accepted standards of conduct, or another person's lawful rights;
access, obtain, copy, modify, or delete another account's, enterprise's, device's, or user's data without authorization;
disrupt the services, bypass security controls, scan or attack systems, create accounts in bulk, or misuse interfaces;
upload viruses, malicious software, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person's rights;
reverse engineer, circumvent, rent, resell, or offer time-sharing access to the software without permission; or
use the services for any other unlawful activity.
If we reasonably believe an account presents a security risk or violates these Terms, we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account, terminate access, or report the matter to a competent authority as appropriate. Where practicable, we will explain the reason.
5. Business Data and User Content
You or your enterprise retain the applicable rights in enterprise information, device information, inspection results, files, and other business data you submit.
To provide storage, display, synchronization, analysis, backup, and troubleshooting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process that data during the service term and only to the extent necessary. This license does not change ownership of the data.
You must ensure that submitted content is lawfully obtained and does not infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, personal-information rights, or other lawful rights.
If content contains another person's personal information or confidential enterprise information, you must have appropriate authorization and apply suitable access controls.
When the services end or an account is deleted, we process the relevant data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, enterprise contracts, and applicable law. Logs, business records, and de-identified data that must be retained may not be deleted immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual-property rights in the Sinano software, interface designs, programs, APIs, text, graphics, trademarks, and related materials belong to us or their lawful owners. Without written permission, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use them outside the scope of these Terms.
You retain the applicable rights in content you lawfully upload. Product feedback must not contain a third party's confidential information, and we may use feedback to improve the services without identifying you personally.
7. Service Changes and Interruptions
We may suspend or adjust parts of the services because of maintenance, system upgrades, network failures, security incidents, force majeure, or regulatory requirements. We will provide notice appropriate to the impact and make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
We may change features as the services develop. If a change concerns fees, personal-information processing purposes, or other material user interests, we will provide additional notice and obtain renewed consent where required by law.
8. Account Deletion and Termination
You may request account deletion through "Account & Security" or "Settings" in the App, or through the public account-deletion page. The current deletion process includes a seven-day cooling-off period:
After submission, the system signs the account out and revokes related sessions.
Signing in during the cooling-off period is treated as your cancellation of the deletion request, and the account returns to normal.
When the cooling-off period ends and the deletion requirements are met, the account is disabled and identity information such as phone number, email address, WeChat identifiers, and avatar is deleted or anonymized.
If you are the only owner or administrator of an enterprise, you must first transfer permissions and address outstanding member relationships or business matters; otherwise deletion may be delayed.
Information that must be retained by law, audit records, and information needed to resolve disputes will be isolated and retained for the applicable period.
Account deletion cannot be undone after it takes effect. You may be unable to recover the account, permissions, or related data, so complete necessary backups and handovers before submitting a request.
9. Liability
We use reasonable measures to protect service stability and data security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Each party is responsible under applicable law and according to its fault for losses caused by force majeure, public communications failures, third-party infrastructure failures, user-device failures, or improper user actions.
Device status, inspection results, and reports are intended to assist production management. Decisions concerning quality, shutdowns, delivery, or other significant production matters should be verified against on-site conditions and enterprise procedures and should not rely solely on information displayed in the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or affects consumer or personal-information rights granted by law.
10. Protection of Minors
The services are primarily intended for enterprise production-management personnel and are not directed to minors. A user under 18 should use the services only with the guidance and consent of a parent or guardian. If we discover that a minor's personal information has been processed without appropriate authorization, we will delete it or take other measures as required by law.
11. Updates, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or the services. We will notify you of material changes through the App, a pop-up notice, or another reasonable method. Updated Terms take effect on the stated effective date.
These Terms and their formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction at the registered location of the operating entity.
These Terms are drafted in Chinese. The English version is provided for the convenience of non-Chinese readers. If the two versions are inconsistent, the Chinese version controls.
